Group Tickets
The Welk Theatre offers great incentives for Group Packages with parties of 15 or more.
- Special discounted group rates include lunch or dinner, show, tax and gratuity.
- Group leaders for 40 or more persons receive one ticket for meal and show at only $1.50 (gratuity). Groups of 20 or more receive one ticket for only $33 for their leader.
- If your group is arriving by motorcoach the driver will receive a complimentary buffet and a complimentary theatre ticket based upon availability.
- Free and convenient parking in a safe environment.v
- Friendly staff will greet and assist your group upon arrival.
How to Book your Group
- Choose at least two dates for the show. If your first choice is not available, you will have an alternate date. Please then call the Theatre Group Sales Department at (760) 749-8501.
- You will receive a contract within 1-2 weeks, sign it and return via the provided envelope.
- A 25% deposit will be due six weeks prior to your show date.
- Your final count and payment are due two weeks prior to your show date. You may use a credit card over the phone or mail a check for payment.

Prices for Plaid Tidings are an additional $8 per ticket for each category shown above. All prices include tax (gratuity not included). Buffet prices include coffee and tea. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are extra and will be taxed separately. All sales are final. No refunds. Prices and shows are subject to change without notice. Please, no children under three years of age. Ask about our special ticket prices for children age 3-15 years. Prices are not valid Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

| Contract and Deposit: You will receive a contract for your group booking within 1-2 weeks of making your reservation. One copy of the contract is to be signed and returned upon receipt. A 25% deposit should be sent six weeks in advance of your show date. |

| Cancellations and Refunds: Any reduction of tickets must be made prior to final payment and final count due dates. There are no refunds of payment. On sold out dates the theatre will try to assist groups with unused tickets by putting them up for sale at the box office, but there are no guarantees of sale. |
| Gratuity: The gratuity is included in the group ticket price of all performance with meal tickets. Gratuities are paid to the restaurant servers. If there is additional service for bar drinks or if you receive exemplary service we ask that you tip accordingly. |
| Arrival: All motorcoaches will be greeted when they pull up to the front of the theatre. The greeter will bring your group escort to the box office for tickets and escort your group to the restaurant entrance when the restaurant is ready to seat you. You may distribute your theatre tickets to your group at this time or wait until you are seated at the restaurant. Please ensure all group members have their individual theatre tickets prior to leaving the restaurant. The new Canyon Grille Restaurant is only one hundred feet of level walking from your bus. |
| Seating: You may request your Theatre seating assignments upon final payment if you choose to pre-arrange your party prior to arrival. Restaurant seating is assigned the day of your arrival by Restaurant staff. |

We're traveling by bus. What happens on arrival?
When you arrive, proceed directly to the Theatre. Park in one of the diagonal spaces in front of the Lawrence Welk statue and have a representative check-in at the Box Office. From there, you will be directed to the Restaurant (The Canyon Grille) at the appropriate time. |
We're traveling by car, where do we go on arrival?
Please instruct your group's members to park near the Theatre and walk to the dinner theatre entrance at The Canyon Grille. |
Where will my tickets be?
Bus group tickets will be held at the Theatre Box Office. Car group tickets will be in your group's name at the Restaurant dinner theatre entrance. |
When does my group eat?
Once your group is seated in the Restaurant, each of your tables will be invited one at a time. You will have ample time to enjoy your meal and browse through the Galleria gift shop next door to the Theatre. |
Where does my group sit in the Theatre?
Each of your tickets identifies an easy-to-find row and seat number. Every seat in the house has an excellent unobstructed view of the stage. If you have special seating requests, please review them with us when you book your reservation, and we will do our very best to accommodate you. |
